【摘要】为探讨大学生心理咨询求助行为的影响因素,本研究以中国大学生为对象,考察求助自我污名(SSOSH)对线上与线下心理咨询求助意愿的影响差异。通过线上问卷方式收集数据,获得有效样本319份,采用SSOSH量表和心理求助意愿问卷(GHSQ)进行测量,并运用描述性统计、配对样本t检验、Pearson相关分析及回归分析进行数据处理。结果表明:(1)大学生求助自我污名与线上、线下心理咨询求助意愿均呈显著负相关;(2)大学生对线上心理咨询的求助意愿显著高于线下心理咨询;(3)求助自我污名能够显著预测大学生线上与线下心理咨询求助意愿。研究表明,自我污名是影响大学生心理求助的重要心理障碍,而线上心理咨询在匿名性与便捷性方面具有一定优势。研究结果为高校优化心理健康服务模式、降低求助污名以及推动线上线下心理咨询服务协同发展提供了参考依据。
